Small bags and purses are subject to thorough security checks. To ensure faster entry, we strongly encourage guests to leave large bags or purses at home or securely stored prior to arrival. Any prohibited items discovered during inspection will be discarded.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. With your confirmation email you will receive a QR code, that code will serve as a digital ticket for entry (thats all thats needed) No need to print, you just need your phone.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your credit card statement to ensure your order went through and/or check your email junk folder.
The name on the ticket does not matter, only the QR code does. Keep it private since it's usable only once.
A non-refundable ticket service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket.
