Fashionable attire or costumes encouraged — dress to impress or dress to scare. Strict security will be enforced at entry. Management reserves the right to deny entry.

Halloween Costume Policy
Costumes are encouraged! For the safety of all guests, no hard or full-face masks, hard helmets, weapons or weapon-like props of any kind — real, plastic, replica or toy. No sharp objects, spikes, heavy chains, oversized props, or costumes that obstruct walkways. Faces must remain visible. Shoes are required at all times.

Prohibited Items
Weapons of any kind, outside alcohol, illegal drugs or substances, glass containers, cans, large or hard-sided coolers, markers, lighters, gum, large bags or backpacks, laser pointers, fireworks, or any item security determines may present a safety concern.

Bag Policy
Small bags and purses are permitted but subject to thorough security checks. For faster entry, we strongly encourage guests to leave large bags and purses at home. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. Any prohibited items discovered during inspection may be refused at entry or required to be removed from the premises.

All guests and costumes are subject to security approval. Management reserves the right to deny entry for any costume, prop, accessory, or item deemed unsafe.

The parking structure accommodates over 1,000 vehicles. Please avoid street parking, as vehicles may be subject to parking restrictions or towing. We highly recommend parking in the Yost Parking Structure for the easiest and safest access to the venue.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. With your confirmation email you will receive a QR code, that code will serve as a digital ticket for entry (thats all thats needed) No need to print, you just need your phone.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, check your credit card statement to ensure your order went through and/or check your email junk folder.

The name on the ticket does not matter, only the QR code does. Keep it private since it's usable only once.

A non-refundable ticket service charge will be added to the purchase price of each ticket.
